COLOR & RISE currently ships within the United State to all 50 states. You may experience longer shipping times when shipping to Hawaii or Alaska. Unfortunately, we do not ship to PO boxes. We are not shipping internationally at this time. Please stay connected with us for updates.

Can I use COLOR & RISE if I don’t color my hair?
Yes! COLOR & RISE can be used on all hair types and hair colors! Our products are great for color treated hair because they are gentle and free of harsh sulfates (SLS and SLES) and parabens to prevent color from fading. If you do not color your hair, rest assured your hair will feel healthy and vibrant as each product is infused with a unique blend of vitamins to ensure hair is nourished.

Orders submitted on colorandrise.com ship quickly. We will do our best to modify your order if you email us at info@colorandrise.com but we offer no guarantee that your order will be canceled or modified. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
Return Policy
COLOR & RISE will gladly accept returns on unopened / unused orders placed within 30 days. We only accept returns for items purchased through www.colorandrise.com.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Gift cards are ineligible for returns.
Please email us at info@colorandrise.com with your name and order confirmation number to submit a claim for a return/exchange. Our team will return your email within 48 business hours to process your claim.
